We believe that the technical competence of our employees is instrumental in maintaining our competitive position. In-house or external staff training is provided to our employees to ensure that their skills are constantly upgraded to meet customers’ expectations and the required standards of quality services.
For new employees, we conduct in-house induction training on safety and proper work practices before their deployment to sites. We also provide regular in-house training and refresher courses on various aspects of safety, new technologies and improved work methods and have developed our own training materials including handbooks to aid our instructors.

Suspended Scaffold Supervisors’ Course for Suspended Scaffold Supervisor
Our employees who perform supervisory roles are required to undergo courses on safety training and supervision of scaffolding erection.
We also register our workmen for trade competency tests in scaffolding, corrosion prevention, thermal insulation and refractory and are certified competent in their trade by the Institute of Technical Education.

Our Group’s commitment to continually upgrade and train our staff was affirmed in 1995 when we were awarded the Certified On-the-Job Training Centre status by ITE. For this purpose, we have set up and operate test centres to assess scaffolding, corrosion prevention and refractories competencies. We are also a MOM approved training provider for the mandatory Metal Scaffold Erection Course for scaffolders.
